I was in one of those "dollar stores" which seem to be everywhere. Loaded up on some Bart Simpson "poly sled" kites which come with line and winder.

Those "line equalizers"...the clear orange plastic affairs...were made by Moran, who also made winders.

Pawley's Island, SC esp. the south end of the Island (the public acess beach).
Lots of room at high tide...ACRES and ACRES of room at low tide
AND...
