New Tech Kites

1) Could I get someone to send me out some spar endcaps. I got an Angel's Play kite yesterday and the endcaps for the center spar were split (one was stuck in the spar pocket).

2) Also are the any instructions for tying/re-tying/adjusting the bridle at the point where the three lines join? The kite doesn't seem to to hang right, and I am wondering if the knot shifted during transit.

3) It would be nice and certainly a lot easier during the initial assembly, if the 3 spreader spars were banded, the 3 bridle spars were banded, and the two sets were banded together before shipping. Mine came with only the 3 spreader bars banded, and they had become quite tangled with the other spars and bridle. Enough so, that the untangling process became a bit frustrating.

I know these are nits, but while I like most NTK products and love my Desire UL, this is the second NTK kite in a row to come through with QC problems.
