For those of you that own a NTK Big Bang, here's a useful tip that will make removing or adding the balance weights more easily done!
Remove the spine in the kite and use a fine tooth micro saw and cut the spine where the weights are located. Then, insert a internal ferrule and glue the ferrule into the short piece that you just cut. Slide the weights onto the spine and slide the spine back together.
Now, you will easily be able to experiment and/or change the amount of weights on the spine without the previous trouble that most people experienced before. _________________ Troy Gunn - TKO Sport Kite Team - USA |
