This has turned into an annual gathering for the buggy crowd in Texas. The timing is good - the weather is still mild and the beaches are not yet crowded. Location is on the west end of the island at the SLP inlet (San Luis Pass). More info about the area can be found at www.deadbirdbuggybash.com. Most folks camp (primitive) but a new resport opened up down the beach that some of us will be staying at - http://www.pointewestvacations.com. All kite flyers are welcome. Saturday night there will be a cookout on the beach. Bring some goodies to share. !Viva Mexico!
