| I'm not having any luck. I was taking apart the kite, removing the rubber covers form the wingtips when one of the nocks cracked and broke off inside the rubber cover. Anyone from New Tech, please help! |

Sounds like you need a new nock. Email info @ newtechkites.com and ask for a 7.5mm nock for your Big Bang.

| Thanks Chris. The part that's still stuck to the rod, is it easiliy removable? What kind of glue do I use to attach the new nock? |

Try using a flat head screw driver and chissel the remaining bits off the spar. Super glue or a CA glue can be used to attach the new nock.
