I fully support all of our awesome retailers, but of course I have a special place in my heart for the growing number of shops that feature my sport kite designs.

If that wasnt enough, yesterday they invited me to their event as one of the Featured Guest fliers of the Festival.

I will be there to support your shop and your event and as a kick off for my new tour, "Flight School Live 2008" and for this first event, I will be focusing as I have the past 17 years on introducing new kite fliers to our sport with free lessons all day Saturday and Sunday.

All skill levels are invited to come over and fly with me and and also check out some of my new designs.

This is awesome news !!

The Treasure Island Kite Festival promises to be a VERY special event, with something for everyone.

Here's the slate of events:

Dodd Gross with Flight School Live
The Saint Augustine Sport Kite Classic (displaced from St. Augustine itself due to beach erosion)
Tricks Party USA
Larger than Life Kites (mega kite display)
I-Quad (demos of quad line kites flying)
Plenty of activities for the kids and family
