Long time buggier, Mike Dooley needs our help. He received a couple tickets for buggying on his home beach in San Diego. Unfortunately the beach is in a State Park so the infractions have been elevated into a criminal case. Mike faces stiff fines and jail time should he lose the case, and the court decision could have repercussions for all of us.
