Dodd,

You replied on another forum, but I just want to make sure I understand the correct position of the yo-yo stoppers.

On your last reply, you stated that they should be 90 deg. from the leading edge. If I understand this correctly, then with the Big Bang lying flat on its belly, the stoppers should be pointing straight up towards the sky?

Also, on the leading edge connector protectors - I understand that they should be centered over the leading connectors on the back side of the kite. Is this correct?

Any chance we could get some pictures on the assembly instructions?

Thanks for the help!

JDB

P.s. - Really enjoy your instructional video, have learned a bunch! I'm now spending most of my flying time working on the rudiments, focusing on precision. Progress has been slow, but having a bunch of fun!!!

Hi jdb1007,
I'm not Dodd but can answer your question. The stoppers should be pointed out to the sides, when kite is belly down on the ground.

As for the connector covers..ie:glides..take your flying line and wrap around the kite starting under the kite and up to nose and pull line down from nose on the leading edge to upper connector and I think you will see how the glide needs to be for the line not to get caught on connector...the line needs to "glide" over connector to get to the stopper.

Any other questions, just ask and keep flying!
