AJ just got off the Galveston beaches and they are in great shape! If anything we gained more beach and they are hard packed and smoooooth. I saw a flyover of West Beach yesterday and was amazed how pristine it looked.

So check out the new website and send in your registration today. We will see you on the beach real soon!

Although Hurricane Rita hit Galveston, Texas USA Island, not much damage was done.

This event is one of two premier buggy events in North America and has been growing in popularity over it's 12 year history, because of it's laid back, few rules, no bosses, party atmosphere!

All kite fliers of all types are welcome!

Here is the info for Dead Bird Buggy Bash and Kite Fly (DBBB):

Date: Nov 19-27, 2005

Event name: 12th Annual Dead Bird Buggy Bash and Kite Fly

Where?: Galveston, TX. (at East Beach)
(Pre-event at San Luis Pass on the west end of the Island).

Contact: Charles "AJ" Jackson
tele: +1-832-250-3773
e-mail: action967@msn.com

Check out the new DBBB website to learn more about DBBB: http://deadbirdbuggybash.com/

Charles "AJ" Jackson also said that the DBBB host hotel/motel (Galvez Hotel and Sandpiper Motel) are also in good shape. You can now visit the DBBB website and register your name if you're coming. An accurate head count is necessary so this years Turkey Day cooks will know how much food to prepare for the DBBB kiting attendees, their guest, and family members. All kiters are welcome to come!

Pass this info along to other's that you know had planned on attending.

Thanks!
