digging the bigbang (not pro), requires quite an adjustment to become used to flying it. It certainly is much more fun to fly in higher winds, much more trickable than most any vented kite around 20mph.

Anyways, for the third time today the O-ring that holds the fiberglass standoff came off and I ended up combing the sand looking for the standoff. Luckily found it. The thing was super glued on after the first time. I do have replacements from you folks (which was very nice, thank you).

Are there any suggestions to keep these darn things on? Super glue seems to not be working too well

Since this is my first time here as well, just want to mention that im new to newtech kites and was extremely surprised at the kite for the money. Really awesome. You guys are certainly doing something special for the sport.

Hi Robert,

The o-rings should have had a drop of glue applied to ensure that it stays on the standoff. If it pops off, examine if there is a bit of fabric or dacron that may be getting in the way. Glue is a must. I hope this helps.

I did have a drop of glue on there. Upon closer inspection it seems that it ripped right through the fabric. The standoffs are positioned 2" from the fitting as instructed and there have been no crash landings, tip stabs or anything that would cause trauma.

Will just have to seamrip the fabric out and replace it with something a wee bit stronger. Thanks for the response chris
