It was once said, "Man was not meant to fly." That was before Wilbur and Orville Wright traveled to the sands of Kitty Hawk, North Carolina and set out to do the impossible. The year 2003 marked the centennial of powered flight by mankind in a heavier-than-air machine. Kites made it possible for Wilbur to apply his wing warping theory to practice before he leapt off his first sand dune. Without kites, the single greatest cultural force since the invention of writing may never have been realized.

It's with that same spirit of innovation and quest for excellence that we bring you the New Tech Kites Designer Series. Please click on each one for their kiteography and product designs. You'll be introduced to the world's greatest kite designers whom like the Wright Brothers; creative desires lead them to the skies.
