In light of the fact we're currently working on NTK's new web site (2-4 weeks away) and they're doing away with their own forum, I figured it was high time we made a section here for folks to discuss and inquire about various New Tech products as they see fit... NTK staff will likely check in here from time to time, but this is primary for user-to-user support and all urgent concerns should otherwise be sent to NTK directly via the contact page on their web site.
